About Qontacts Mobile App
Qontacts is an open source, cross platform, mobile application, that updates all of your Qatari contacts' numbers, which are stored on your handset, to the new Qatari numbering plan, that is defined by ictQATAR.
Qontacts is well supported on many platforms and devices, it can run on Android, iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, BlackBerry, and any device that is capable of running Java ME applications, including Nokia, Sony Ericsson, etc.
It has been developed by Abdulrahman Alotaiba to be free as in free speech, and free as in free water.
You can find the full source code of Qontacts on Github. Qontacts is released under the GNU GPLv3 open source license.
